Vacuum suction is used, especially for powder materials to avoid dust flying. The whole process is carried out under vacuum to prevent air bubbles after high speed stirring, which can meet the requirement of hygiene and sterility. The system is equipped with CIP cleaning device, the container and material contact part is made of SUS316L material, the inner surface is mirror polished 300EMSH (sanitary grade), in order to ensure the stability of the control part, the button is made of Japanese Fuji, the frequency converter is made of Japanese Matsushita Electric, the electrical control part is made of Siemens. This unit is manufactured in full compliance with GMP requirements.
