DXDK1200 Sachet packing machine has small volume and compact structure, smooth operation. Four-sided sealing, simultaneous multi-bag packing, high packing efficiency. PLC automatic control of the whole machine, full servo control system, reliable performance, easy operation. The digital color sensor tracks and detects the printing mark to ensure the automatic alignment and accurate position of the printing pattern on both sides of the bag. Material filling, horizontal and vertical sealing, batch numbering, breaking line, cutting and other actuators are adjusted through human-machine interface. The bag length can be adjusted without replacement when the bag length changes. With a variety of feeding, to achieve alignment, full servo work adapted to the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics industry, can be automatic filling and feeding packaging of granules, tablets, sticky draft materials.
