Totally conforms with GMP requirements, and greatly reduce the production cost and labor intensity. The machine is composed of paper folding machine and carton packing machine, etc. 4 suction heads revolve to suck box, erect box, place box in one step and put boxes uprightly into the chain-type grid belt of the cartoning machine. The highest speed can reach 220 pcs/min, depending on each product’s size, shape and feeding ways, etc.
Varieties conversion without replace any parts, can be directly adjust mechanism for conversion, the adjusting units use handle to adjust screws for fastening, easy to operate. Outer Cover is made of high quality s.s. 304 stainless steel casing, high strength PC endurance plate and alufer housing. Close all the outer covers during machine normal production process, to provide security for operating personnel. The machine adopts multiple high reliable mechanical overload protection device, which makes the sudden situation of the operation to self protection, reduction of the machine damage.
