TJ-8B/12B electronic grain counting machine
PBDS-8B/12B electronic grain counting machine has 2 down ports. This machine is a stable, easy to use and reliable electronic counting equipment successfully developed by our company after a long period of research and repeated tests. The core components of the machine and the control system are imported original parts. The machine is mainly composed of loading hopper, vibrating conveyor belt, photoelectric sensor, dust storage box, human-machine interface and PLC control system. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, stable operation, low noise, etc.; frequency conversion to adjust the speed; automatic detection of missing bottles and automatic rejection of counting errors; a variety of data control, monitoring, safety protection and fault alarm functions can be realized. The counting is accurate and the bottling error is less than the national standard. Various operation parameters can be set as needed, and 15 groups of setting parameters can be stored for calling.
