APPLICATION:
The TJ Series Movable Washer is mainly used for washing the containers of bin & drum,the fixed type of equipments, big equipments which can not be easy movable and demountable in the solid dosage produc tion proc e ss of phar ma industry; If needed,it can also be applicable for any washable staff like accessories and tools,etc. It is also applicable of the washing operation in Chemical, Foodstuff Industries, etc.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
This equipment is composed of pump station group, pneumatic valve, pneumatic system, and control system. On operation, firstly open the lid of the bin or container to be washed, and put on the lid which with washing spray ball. Prepare the washing processes and set down the washing procedure, washing time, accordingly. Upon confirmation of the set down procedure & formula, start the container internal washing accordingly; The external surface need to be washed manually by operator with a high pressure water jet.
FEATURES:
This movable washer is stand alone design with structure of: four inlets, two outlets ( 1. internal washing, appoint with a 360 . rotation washing spray ball for washing the container internal surface; 2.External washing, appoint with a high pressure water jet for manual washing the container external surface); The washer is mounted with 4 wheels to simplify the moving; The controls is offered with choice of button & relay control, or PLC & HMI control, for customer selection. The system designed and fabricated according to the latest GMP regulation.
