The TJZY-3106 series laser dust particle counter (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is used to measure the size distribution and number of dust particles in a unit volume of clean environment, and can directly detect and determine the cleanliness grade A or B clean environment.
The TJZY-3106 series instruments feature first-class functions and characteristics, providing six-channel specific particle size measurement with 28.3L/min (1 ft³/min) flow rates of 0.3, 0.5, 1.0,3.0,5.0,and 10 μm. The counter can be equipped with high-precision (temperature/humidity) probes, offering you a complete solution. The instruments use semiconductor laser light sources and large-size touch-screen LCD displays, featuring small size, light weight, high detection accuracy, simple and clear functional operation, microcomputer control, direct storage and printing of sampling test results, making it very convenient for testing clean environments.
The instrument can be connected to the PC and controlled online through the companys dust particle counter dedicated communication software, which is convenient to view, store and upload various data on the PC. This model can be used as a dust particle counter alone or integrated into the online equipment monitoring system.
This model instrument is equipped with an audit trail function module, which can work in data integrity (DI) mode and is used in conjunction with the dust particle counter communication software to meet (GMP-2010) ALCOA+CCEA principles and FDA requirements for 21CFR, as well as regulatory requirements for GMP users.
